Program Analyst



We are looking for a professional and good-natured individual with the ability to manage and lead a small 3-5 person technical team focused on cyber security and back-up data encryption. The applicant must be able to learn quickly, mentor junior members and work with seasoned professionals to track and successfully complete short-term tasks. Examples of a person�s demonstrated management ability will be required. He/she needs to have extensive experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, and PowerPoint. Applicant needs to exhibit a positive attitude, personal drive and motivation, and a desire to support others. All interviews will be conducted in-person and applicants may be given an opportunity to demonstrate their working knowledge of Microsoft.

Applicant must have knowledge in how to plan, analyze and evaluate the effectiveness of IT operating programs. He/she must be able to use source data to evaluate the effectiveness of programs and business processes and use qualitative and quantitative analytical skills to assess the effectiveness of the operations. Senior PA must be able to effectively manipulate data to present program status and make recommendations on improving business processes. He/she will be required to manage a small team and adapt to a changing environment and successfully complete short-term tasks.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

� Bachelor's degree in a business discipline with 10 years of experience (8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education for a total of 18 years of experience)
� Experience working in a small team environment
� Extensive experience working with Microsoft Office, Excel, PowerPoint, Project and SharePoint
� Demonstrate general awareness of information technology concepts and terminology
� Experience tracking multiple activities through to successful completion
� Demonstrated ability to manage a small team in direct task completion
� Exhibit strong written and oral communication skills
