Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities:
The successful candidate will have diverse PMO leadership experience and must be well-versed in managing diverse program needs. The candidate will provide management oversight for a complex, multi-contractor PMO effort involving implementation of a COTS solution. Strong organizational management, leadership, reporting, and problem-solving skills are necessary for success. The Deputy PM will be responsible for the overall performance and success of the project including, but not limited to: the day-to-day management of overall contract; managing financial and administrative aspects of the contract; project staffing, staff assignments, performance management; deliverables, customer relations, internal reporting, and risk management.
