AbleVets has an opportunity available for an experienced, motivated Senior Project Analyst to support healthcare information technology projects for our customers.

    Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

    The successful candidate will use cross-functional team coordination experience and excellent communication skills to support program management functions across a large, complex Cyber Security Operations Center contract. Duties and responsibilities may include:

    • Supporting program management by collecting/archiving and tracking program deliverables, creating and delivering monthly contract and contract vehicle reports.
    • Working with 8 Task Area leads to collect, consolidate, and publish weekly, monthly, and quarterly reports
    • Ensuring program compliance to contractual requirements such as training certifications and government training requirements
    • Onboarding and offboarding of staff including company accounts, security clearance initiation/tracking; PIV issuance and tracking of GFEs and account access among others
    • Maintaining organization charts and program rosters
    • Maintaining a master program schedule
    • Creating process improvement plans for individual Task Area teams such as training, performance metrics progress, and the introduction of new program deliverables
    • Coordinating with 3rd party training providers to negotiate bundled training packages and coordinating the delivery of the training including soliciting team member participation and working with Finance to reimburse the training providers
    • Providing weekly material for Program Reviews
    • Managing contract Knowledge Management sites such as Sharepoint
    • Contributing to program deliverables including documents and weekly/monthly presentations
    • Interacting with site leads across four national locations to address contract compliance and deliverable issues
    • Coordinating with stakeholders to track project activities using tracking tools such as MS Project and SharePoint
    • Collecting and publishing lessons learned information
    • Creating routine and ad hoc reports
    • Interacting with the client to support all activities above

    Qualifications

    • Bachelor's degree in Business or related field; 8 years of additional relevant experience may be substituted for education
    • 5-7 years of experience in project analysis, status, monitoring, and reporting 
    • Previous experience with cybersecurity projects
    • Excellent verbal communication skills
    • Excellent analytical and problem solving skills
    • Experience with MS Office
    • Ability to facilitate and coordinate efforts with key government and non-government stakeholders
    • Ability to obtain a Public Trust security clearance
    • Previous Government contracting work experience

    Desired Qualifications:

    • A PMI/PMP certification is highly desirable
    • Experience supporting large-scale PMO efforts
    • Previous Federal contracting experience, specifically with the Department of Veterans Affairs or the Department of Defense
