AbleVets has an opportunity for an experienced Subscriber Engagement Team Analyst to support information technology projects for our customers. The position will be based on site at our customer’s facility in Charleston, South Carolina.

Essential Functions and Job Responsibilities

This role will correspond with all Subscribers which include multiple customer facing organizations and teams to ensure timely documentation and compliance reporting necessary for the accomplishment of the mission. Responsibilities and duties may include but are not limited to:

  • Track, understand and aggregate Computer Network Defense (CND) tool compliance and report it verbally and in writing
  • Process and track system access requests and various accounts
  • Provide updates to senior leadership on the status of current activities and upcoming actions
  • Update PM software with project status, understand durations of activities
  • Ensure the accurate tracking and completion of actions weekly and report status
  • Organize multiple deliverables simultaneously and track, update, review, and submit documentation
  • Facilitate and run meetings while capturing meeting minutes/notes
  • Create and maintain project schedules and complex task trackers
  • Locate gaps and inefficiencies, actively recommend process and management improvements
  • Provide exceptional customer service to the customer
  • Prioritize tasking and manage time efficiently


  • Bachelor’s degree and zero (0) years of experience. An additional three (3) years of relevant experience may be substituted for degree requirement
  • Active DoD Secret clearance required
  • High level ability to understand basic computer processes and networks (not hands on keyboard level knowledge)
  • Must be able to obtain 8570 IAM Level I Certification: Security + within 90 days of hire
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Self-starter that can work under general direction in a highly collaborative, team-based environment

Preferred/desired skills:

  • Bachelor’s degree in an Information Technology related field and three (3) years of related experience
  • Basic knowledge of how a network operates, hardware and protocols, ex. HTTP = 80
  • Basic understanding IP management and sub-netting
  • Ability to navigate monitoring tools and interfaces, e.g., Splunk
